I had a great value for the price with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient, close to metro and main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The internet was not working in the hotel as stated. Only next to the reception desk and not even in the restaurant which is 5 meters away. The hotel was under renovation which should have been stated ... The hotel was not clean at all .... Terrible experience.

Seriously, I did not recommend this hotel. My comments are listed in the following. 1. At the first night, they forgot to turn on the heating system. My friends went to the reception to ask if they could check the heating or give us some blankets. Their answer is we can not do anything… 2. The lock of our bathroom could not work. And we were two men and one woman… 3. We lived in a triple room, but they did not tell us the hot water which for shower was not enough for three people. Hence, we needed to save hot water to make sure everybody could take the hot shower. 4. We found there was a window without the curtain which was near the bed, and they did not help us to solve the problem. We just took a bed sheet from the reception to replace the curtain. 5. In the website, they said there was wifi around the hotel, and you could connect the internet freely. However, they did not supply any internet service to us because some I had no idea’s reasons. They also did not give us any solutions to this problem. 6. After experiencing the above situations, they did not give us any discount on the price. They charged the same fees.

Nice location, very close to metro in 16 district. Hotel has its own green yard, where you can drink a coffee or smoke a cigarette. Most of rooms have their exits to this garden. So, the hotel is very far away from street noise. Very reasonable price.

Small room(but it's very often in Paris) and no noise isolation between rooms(because of old building with wood ceilings)

Veryyy disappointed the pictures Were a different story ... It was more similar to a haunted house the staircase & the pictures in the site just give you a bad idea so when you get there you get shocked ! the entrance is nice and when they give you the key here it starts only the few rooms in the garden our not bad Overall its a 2 star hotel & comparing to other hotels I think it was ok there where postive points to other hotels in paris because the area is quiet and very nice and they were painting hopefully they will renovate because its located in a great area.

Our experience at the hotel was unsatisfactory (see below). However, the front desk staff was quite courteous and helpful as best they could be under the circumstances.

We had an 8-night stay booked and needed to cancel after the first night. A refund for the remaining seven days is now in-process w/ Booked.net. The room was billed as having a queen bed; it had two singles. The room safe was inoperative. The bathroom door would lock inside the first person to go in and close it behind them. The final matter that caused us to leave was the complete lack of hot water the morning after our first night's stay. The front desk, while quite apologetic, could not offer us a time-to-repair estimate. We were forced to leave.

The room smelled of smoke and we had a room that was in a separate building so had to walk over for breakfast the room had no phone and the door to the (other) building needed a key, fob and lift to get to the room, no tea/coffee facilities in room
